The buttons I don't like. You can hardly see the stop button in red. You have to put in 1 then 00 for 1 minute then start that's 2 extra steps that I didn't have in last microwave. It doesn't seem to heat as well either

The preset list doesn't include everything you might cook, so you have to guess which level to use. Guess Samsung thinks we're not smart enough to decide on our own. It does do a great job defrosting meat.

I like the convection oven option, it seems to work well. There are tons of great featuers and I can't wait to use them all. The vent fan is very loud and is my only complaint so far.

I like being able to change the power settings and the defrost setting doesn't allow to just enter a time. My previous microwave had a night light setting. Otherwise, like the inside that isn't stainless steel which is so hard to keep clean.

This one is SOOO much better. I wish we had just upgraded from the start. The best thing is that it can actually brown and crisp items. Frozen fries came out soggy in our previous one. The first time we made fries in this oven, they were almost too crispy!

It will toast/brown but takes twice as long as a good convection toaster oven. I agree with other users on the touchpad. Looks good but you need to press right in the center of the buttons.
