Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as an open box and don't mind the dent in it, but the dent apparently prevents the door from triggering the mechanism that tells the appliance the door is shut, so it won't go on. Seems like Best Buy should have checked that before selling it. Open Box says that products may be blemished, but fully functional. Now I have an extremely heavy appliance that I need to find help to remove from kitchen, load back into car, then drive an hour to return.

One problem that when the installer prepared to install it there was a big problem. There a loose screw inside the fan so It could not be installed. It will be returned and a new one was ordered. I now have to wait another week and I am not happy.

The only complaint I have with it is that you have to push the buttons a little hard to get it to work. Unlike the matching Samsung stove/oven where you barely need to press the buttons to make it work.
