Samsung microwave works well, easy to operate and install.

Microwave works fine, however we did have an issue the first time we used the convection function the inside glass on the door cracked. I have no idea why, Samsung customer service was excellent to work with and ultimately decided to replace the unit with a new one. I am really glad we chose Samsung for all our appliances this time.

The Samsung convection oven has been a life-saver. French fries and steamed vegetables turn out great. I love being able to cook in the microwave and not have to heat up the whole oven. Comes with glass and ceramic plate as well as two metal racks. Very spacious interior and option to turn off turntable so I can fit in large casserole pans.

This convection oven microwave does it all. This was a great buy.

Bought the Samsung family of kitchen appliances and figured there would be nothing special about the microwave, however this unit exceeds my expectations. This unit can be used as a toaster, oven and microwave! Saved me from keeping any countertop units and looks awesome installed above my range! Totally worth the money!

The new over-the-counter Samsung microwave replaced a builder's cheaper brand. This one has many options for heating/cooking/baking. However, we have not yet used the convection cooking feature, but it is there and was part of the decision to get this particular model. After just a few days of use, it has been a real winner.

I love it. It looks good and works well easy to clean exterior.

This is a great option if you didn’t have convection in your range. However, the size is limiting so there is only so much you can fit in this little oven. There are also quite a lot of directions for using the convection part of the oven that you will need to hang on to because they aren’t the most intuitive.

We’ve had this microwave for 4 years. It worked well with no problems all that time. Then one day we went into the kitchen to use it and nothing would heat up. The microwave seemed to work. All the buttons worked and heating would sound like it worked, but nothing heated. We tried all the suggestions we could find and do ourselves. In the end we had to buy another. Since this happened during quarantine, our best option was to buy the same one again to make installing ourselves the easiest possible. Hopefully this one doesn’t quit in another 4 years.

I would recommend this microwave. It's quiet and works great
