The microwave installation instructions were easy to follow. It took about 1 hour to install. The microwave instructions on how to use the units was very clear and concise.

So far I have only used just the microwave feature but i wish they had a online tutorial to teach you how to use the other functions

We love the microwave. It has so many options I don't know what to do :) I wish it came with a "cheat sheet" though. I always have to get out the manual to auto cook and reheat because there are so many choices :)

What a game changer this microwave is. I can even bake or convection bake in it. This has so many bells and whistles that I have to keep the manual nearby so I can figure it out!

Love the quick dial setting. The Slim Fry comes in handy and the led cooktop lights are bright.

The quick referrence card is a great added feature. The slim fry works great. Easy to clean interior. Still learning the features. The popcorn turns out great.

This microwave is very multi-functional which makes my life much easier. No more just heating up food ..... this microwave roasts too. You can do so much in it. I love it!!

This microwave has a variety of preset functions. However it is lacking express buttons #1 is 1 minute, #2 is 2 minutes, etc.

This microwave heats food, cooks, bakes, and even air fries! I got out of the box pricing but I would pay full price for this product. It is heavy but was easy to install with 2 people.

Bought this on sale to replace a failing Whirlpool microwave. So far, very pleased with features. Most impressive so far is how it thaws meat. Does a great job without cooking the edges.

Excellent microwave with easy to use touch control buttons. Fan provides excellent ventilation and quiet. Easy to install. Provides a pleasant view and matches my other Samsung products in my kitchen.

Microwave has a old light lamp color. I replaced with a led from amazon for $10

Even though we just acquired it we are impressed by the seemingly endless functions. One example was using it to bake a frozen pizza which seemed to turn out better than using the regular oven

This has many options to reheat, defrost, cook. This was a replacement one I bought about 9 mos ago and just stopped working. Samsungf replaced it free and paid for new install.

love the sleek look of this unit. It was my game breaker. I chose my other appliance because I liked the face of the microwave. It operates great, I cant wait to use the grilling feature.

Had problems with the first samsung i had, the touch pad was defective and replaced .Unit would start with out being touched fan lights and power would come on .After repair was ok for a while then started to happen again .This unit should have been a lemon I have read of it catching on fire and burning homes down .Samsung knows of this but no recall or upgrades are offered .
