Contacted Samsung and they would not offer to repair or replace. They wanted to send a repair person and charge $225 just to diagnose the issue and then more $ to fix it. It was likely the magnetron, which is supposed to be covered by a 10 yr warranty. I have been a loyal Samsung buyer for 20 years (2 washers, 2 dryers, stove, microwave, 2 dishwashers, fridge, 5 TVs) and will never buy another Samsung after this experience.

There were too many features and nothing seemed to work right! The air fry didn’t do well at all- and we had no idea what the purpose of the grill feature was! We returned it after 3 days!
