We haven't used all the features yet, but, are pretty happy with it so far. I tried the slim fry and cooked my fries too long, but, it still did a great job. The bacon feature worked pretty well. We don't have any complaints about the normal microwave functions. It looks really cool and sleek (which we like) above our stove. The vent fan works better than our last one with more settings and the light is nice a bright with 2 settings. Make sure you keep the paperwork on how to cook everything, because it is pretty complicated at first. But we figured it out and just keep it in a drawer, so we have easy access.

There area lot of features on it that i haven't used yet. What i have used is the normal microwave and convection oven. Both work great if you read the directions.

This microwave works great! I was so excited to try to bake in it using the convection oven, and it worked well. Found out the hard way, though, that you need to keep the turntable spinning, or you'll burn the food that is closest to the fan.

This microwave does it all. We did not think that we would use the convection oven much but splurged for this model anyway. Now I would not want a microwave without this feature. We love it!!!

This microwave saves me so much time now I can make my cookies and cakes in the microwave instead using my regular oven

The only draw back is I wish is was larger for price 1.7 to 1.8 cuft is pretty standard size and for the money...it could be bigger. Convection is the way to go!

Wasn’t sure we needed a Microwave with all these features, now that we have it and used it, it was a great purchase. It fit perfectly in place of our old appliance, and looks great in our kitchen.

A convection microwave takes away all the stuff you hate about microwaves. Soggy food and uneven heating are gone. Looks good and has tons of options.

Very large powerful convection oven/ microwave only reason it’s not 5 stars is it makes lots of noise when fan for convection oven is working

We were planning on the basic over the range micro but with the great promo sale ended up with the convection feature. Have not tried that feature yet but love the lighting- fan and basic micro function. Oh and it looks awesome.

This microwave does it all: cooks, bakes, and browns. I haven't even begun to use all the features but looking forward to trying at least the baking option. The price is pretty steep, but it's like having another oven to use.

Convection Over-the-Range Microwave definitely filled the need we had and then some. Great product, easy to use and the installation was very professional and on time. Installers did a fantastic job. We couldn't be more pleased.

I love the speed it is able to bake compared to the oven on the stove.... Only drawback...the microwave is not as powerful as my old over range microwave

I use the covection oven feature for a ton of things. I use it almost as much as I use my full sized oven. It is a great fix for wanting a double oven and not wanting to clutter the counter with a separate microwave.

It's great to be able to put metal into a microwave, as it is like an oven with the convection oven capacity. Cooks evenly. Lower temperature because of wattage.

I thought I needed a double oven, but with this microwave, a single oven is all I need because this is also a convection oven and an airfryer. I'm still learning how to use all the bells and whistles, but it is awesome.

I would suggest anyone that is looking at the Samsung line to look at this one exclusively. It has more features and more space than the others they sell. Purchased sight unseen but is exactly what we wanted

I have used the new convection microwave so much more than I did my regular microwave. The convection cooks your sausage, bacon, and biscuits all in one microwave! It browns the food and because you can do it all in there it saves on heating up the big oven! This was a great buy for my family!

I am short and the controls are on the bottom of the microwave. It puts everything on my level and not above my eyes. And the microwave is people friendly and easy to use.
