For one thing, it seems to heat our plates and other dishes more than other microwave ovens. We have to use an oven mitt most of the time when we take ceramic plates out of it. Otherwise, it works well. Also, the mounting bolts are a bit too short for our cabinets, they have a thread count that is very hard to find, and are super expensive if purchased separately.

Wonderful features, quick cooking and easy to use. Today I went to use it and it died. I read the owners manual for a C-A1 error code. It said "unplug the microwave and call a service man". I just thought that it would last longer than 5 months before it quit working.

Not very user friendly

I don’t use it often because I have to look up the instructions in the manual every time I want to try to use it. Prior to this oven, I had a GE Advantium oven and it was wonderful in comparison. Zero support from Samsung.

You can utilize the Auto Cook menu contains pre-set cooking programs for 45 different items. You do not need to set the cooking times or the power level.
