The first two were shipped UPS and both arrived damaged and not working. I insisted on having the third delivered to the store, removed from the box, examined and plugged in. It too had a small ding in the door however, they took 10% off and in total honesty...I was fed up. I will no long Buy from Best Buy...their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, both in the store and with Geek Squad delivery.

Also the back of the mounting panel to the wall was missing. So I am not sure if it was a returned item from the warehouse. Otherwise, everything seems to be working fine for the time being. I would give it 5 stars butfore the above mentioned.
