My main objective was to replace my microwave, oven, and toaster all in one unit. So far I believe this fits the bill. But the technology is quite advanced, and I haven't made the time to go through the manual. If you are planning on buying this, I suggest sitting down on an empty stomach and thoroughly familiarizing yourself with how all the functions work.

Great OTR Microwave

We just couldn't pass it up, and SO glad we didn't. Tons of extras and presets. Very happy we lucked into the deal. We didn't ever know how much we wanted a new one until we got it.

this microwave does everything!

I have 2 issues but they might just be operator error....I can't find the cook level setting and every time i use the bake/roast option, the oven smells like burning plastic.

Looks like a good product

The oven did have a dent in it on the bottom where one of the filters is. Doesn't seem as if it was from shipping. The box didn't look damaged. Too much of a hastle to send it back. Good thing I'm not fussy. Guess I have to live with it.
