So far so good. This Samsung microwave looks beautiful above my stove. It is an upgrade from my previous one. It has several food specific buttons and came with a round two level rack and baking pan. I'm very happy with it's cooking so far. The popcorn tastes lighter and pops more kernels than my previous microwave. I'm impressed!

According to the manual this microwave will roast a chicken. I'm not sure I'll ever do that but I suppose it's good feature to have. We installed ourselves because Best Buy was going to charge $119 to install even though we bought three other appliances along with this microwave. Best Buy sold us over $5,000 in appliances and then nickel and dimmed us for the installation. I like the product but I don't like Best Buy's unwillingness to budge on relaxing the installation prices considering the cost of the appliances and all of the warranty fees.

I have not used the convection part yet. Still have a ton to learn. I feel like it takes longer than my other microwave to heat water and food. Overall, it’s good. Just wouldn’t say I LOVE it

Great microwave oven and also convection oven! Does EXCELLENT!!

This unit makes dinners much easier and healthier. You can have a 3 course meal, even if your main meat was frozen. I like having a real meal, but don't always have the time, or gumption to do it, now I do! I love the slim fry snack option, just slice up a potato, hit a button and you got nice pile of hot fries..no grease!

I have had the microwave for about a month now and it seems to be working alright. After getting it installed I am not sure how much I will actually use the convection portion of the microwave but it is nice to have the option if I want to use it.

Trying to figure out all the settings is a chore and mounting was not simple. Then again I didn't expect it to be all that easy to install. If we ever figure out where all the settings we normally use are it should be great and a solid 5 stars

A lot of features we don’t use and is kind of complicated to use. The air fry we attempted once nd the oven feature does give off a burning smell at times. Overall we like it just don’t use all that it can do.

The unit work well however, there is a vibrating sound when the unit is used for a extended period of time. Called the geek squad they responded quickly, and have order a replacement unit which will be installed next week.

Great looking and great features. I couldn't believe that the slim fry feature really made "real" french Fries and they were so good. But, I will have the 3rd replacement one delivered and installed and I am so hoping that this time the Ventilation fan feature will work. They claim that it is a powerful ventilation system that quickly and quietly eliminates steam, fumes and odors and that it is nearly silent. IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY "SUCTION" AND IT IS EXTREMELY LOUD. I showed the installers how bad it is by boiling water and the steam from the pan of water was so bad on the front of the microwave that it had drops of water running down the front of the microwave and dripping onto my new ceramic cook top stove. It is supppose to have a charcoal filter that has to be changed ever 6 to 12 months if the ventilation system is vented back into the room. There is no charcoal filter. With such a serious problem you would think Samsung would know about this by now. Has anyone else out there had this problem?
