Happy with new Convection Microwave

I am still learning how to use the Convection option, but the Microwave is working very well. It fit perfectly into the previous space and matches the decor of my kitchen perfectly.

Great Microwave

Got it as an open box, only thing I had to do was purchase the mounting bracket, outside of that it was not difficult to out up. Love the clean finish of it, and works extremely well. Much more efficient than my previous one.

Sounds silly but loved that feature in my old microwave and have melted a lot of sticks of butter with this one. Otherwise it is a great microwave.

Quiet microwave

Two Geek Squad members delivered it, right at the time agreed on, and had it set up within twenty minutes. That included clean up and removal of the old microwave.

My only complaint is the complicated instruction manual...Even though there is a "simple" version included, it still is not user friendly.

The lower bottons on bottom make it easier for short people to see and reach. Havent tried the oven feature but i love the microwave.

The slim fry feature worked well, defrost is better than my old microwave and it feels pretty powerful.

My wife has begun to bake with this item solely. Interface is fairly easy. Wish you didn't have to hit start every time when cooking, but that isn't that horrible.

Powerful and sensor defrosts things well. Only negative is complexity of use on convection function since cooking is done by inputting codes.

Original choice received damaged twice! I am not really satisfied and would not recommend it to others. It is loud......the key board is NOT backlit......the key stroke combinations are not user friendly........and you canNOT program it to remain in ECO friendly mode........you have to key it in after EVERY use.........you also canNOT turn off the key beep noise...... Overall not even remotely satisfied with this purchase and it was NOT inexpensive
