Purchased and was installed as planned. Some of the pre-set buttons were not working (husband was here during instillation and did not check) but Best Buy can't back out and replaced without any hassles

I was looking for an over the oven microwave when I found this one. After reading many reviews, I chose it over the rest. It installed easy, great features like convection baking built in, controls are on lower end which is great for my 8 & 9 year olds, and ofcourse great price.

Best & most powerful microwave I've owned to date. Huge. Quiet. Solid. Some previous model 1-touch controls are 2-touch or require menu options, but everything's there. Love the convection options.

This microwave has great options my only complaint is that the directions for the exhaust hookup r not easy to understand

This microwave works great! It comes with a menu of options for different cooking methods and items. It even works as an air fryer! Max for air frying is 2 servings but that’s fine us. The microwave is attractive as well!!

I was disappointed that we were unable to install the microwave in the existing location but I was pleasantly surprised to see that Best Buy refunded the service call charge. The Geek Squad employees were excellent as always and I appreciate everything they tried to do.

I replaced my $250 vent/hood over the range. Weak air flow. I wish the store had them connected, so I could feel the fan. Had to take it apart and insulate the air flow with aluminum tape. Microwave itself is not very strong. I believe it is under 1K (900w)? My Panasonic table-top one was 1300W and I purchased it to save space on small counter top. So, it takes a bit of getting used to the slower speed, however, I believe it heats food more evenly. Gotta try using the convection function. Hope it redeems itself with additional features.

Don't get me wrong, the microwave does its job. It heats things up. But I haven't had much success in seeing how the convection oven or the air fry options differ from the regular microwave option. Also, compared to my OLD Panasonic microwave which this replaced (it was 20+ years old), this one takes much longer to heat anything up, even at full power. But hey, it looks good.

It takes :30seconds more than my prior microwave to warm up or to cook food. On the other hand, it has more options to cook which is great. If it would have warmed faster it will be excellent!!

I really like this microwave. I love the fact it cook foods in half the time compared to my oven. With me working until 8pm at night, sometime I don't feel like waiting on the oven to heat up. With the microwave it's faster and taste the same as if it came out the over.

This microwave is extremely quiet in operation and the 3 levels of fan selection that is equally quiet. Door has a very solid feel. Haven't quite mastered the convection part of it but I'm sure that will come in time. Lots of features still to explore. Glad I purchased it!

Haven't used it much yet, but it looks nice. Install was as expected. You do need to press the buttons somewhat hard. Also, didn't like that the plug is at the top, so we had to intall a new outlet in the cupboard above the microwave.

I absolutely love everything about this microwave! It does it all, from warming up leftovers to baking French fries! It is very spacious inside and once I figure out all the "shortcuts" it will be even easier to use!!

It's a great microwave. Looks nice, we get compliments on it. A lot of options on cooking. I have even made cookies in it in 15 min. Cooked a pizza in it. It is a lot to learn but worth it.

Overall, it's been great so far. I do wish that it was a bit easier to learn. It would also be nice if you were able to use the +30 sec button to add time to a programmed function.

This microwave works as advertized. Cooking is fast and even. It fits perfectly above my range. Because I had Samsung prior to this purchase, the installers thought it was one of their easiest installations. They simply removed the old one and "slid in" the new one.

Great microwave, still trying to learn all the functions. Bought this and matching double oven stove during kitchen remodel

Wasn't sure about spending this kind of money on a microwave oven but by far one of the best investments I've spent on my home improvements. I'm still learning how to use but one plus is it doesn't take near the time to heat up oven part as my regular oven does.

After our old microwave died I read lots of reviews on microwaves. We ended up going with this one and we have not been disappointed. Works great, pretty powerful, and love the air fryer feature. I'm glad we picked this one.

Pretty solid microwave so far, but controls are a little convoluted, and take time to get used to. The "slim fry" option is pretty nice for fresh french fries and other fried goods.
