We enjoy our new microwave, but had to adjust to the fact that there isn't a quick on. Meaning if you want to hear something for 2 min, you need to add the zeros after it.

Samsung is the only way to go! Quality, excellence in material, and it also stands for long-term operation without failure. My wife and I have a Samsun kitchen: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer...and now the microwave.

We replaced the exact same model that had broken. We purchased an open box item that was in perfect condition but missing some accessories which we had from the prior oven. It looks and works great.

Great microwave. The only thing I wish was different is that Samsung sold a convection/microwave with different handle styles.

I found this to be a very nice addition to my kitchen. I found that mounting template included was hard to use on the top mounting bolt holes as it was unclear how to line it up.

The Microwave is great, the installation wasn't bad but it was missing nut in the microwave to hold it up over the range. I had to improvise to make it work.

I feel very good about my microwave. It works very well, always get our food very nice and warm and have never had any problem whatsoever out of it. It's the best of the best that I would highly and strongly recommend to everyone to give a try.

Had the unit two years. No specific issues. Very happy overall. The air fryer does a great job with chicken wings!

This thing is I'm beautiful I almost don't even need another because this has convection cooking with it. Getting rid of the countertop airfryer because this does that as well. Beautiful piece just make some kitchen all come together and look great

Could not be more pleased with the Micro/Combo Oven. Was a little weird using the Oven aspect the first time but the Auto Cooking Fan option was fabulous. Love the fact it senses the temperature and pushes out the excess heat within the oven.

Bought this microwave in Bestbuy with free delivery. Had this for almost a year now and no issues yet. Still trying to figure out how to use the convection feature for i have no clue what i need it for. But overall i like it.

Initial shipment was damaged I had to order a new one. New one is good.Clerks were helpful. Unit function as expected. Yet to learn how to use the convection function

Couple things I would of like to have is express starts so I could just hit 1 and it go strait to one minute but over all I will be very happy

Just after installation -- the magnitron went out -- had to bring it in to the shop for repair. You have to keep the book handy to do any cooking with convection -- confusing. Now -- I am boiling some soup on the stove top -- hardly any steam -- I get a C-90 code on the microwave. Look the code up, pushed bottons more than 10 seconds - which I hadn't touched. Or moisture around keys -- there was none built up. Unplug it for 12 hours and plug it back in -- c-90 code comes on --- go to the internet, find out that it is probably the control panel that is fried, replace the door $300 fix. Honestly -- you can't boil water on the stove top under a range top microwave? How foolish are these designers. Never again. Looking for a different brand.

The only 2 things I wish they would improve is a brighter lights inside when running, and more wattage. 850 watts is not enough.

I can't say enough great things about this microwave/convection oven. I really like the features, the slim fry and fast bake are wonderful. I'm so happy with this purchase, it really is Awesome!

Once again, I am happy we purchased this wonderful microwave. I am sad that American Made products are not of this quality and certainly the poor quality appliances provided by the developer makes you wonder

Bought this in a pinch, The price was the best thin about this, The rest of the features seem beta like and quirky. maybe the next models firmware will be more thoughtfully configured. Cons: No actual racks (just a round pan rack and a taller version. for convection cooking this is not optimal. My GE had 2 horizontal racks that could be used at the same time. Samsung, are you listening? Also convection heat is low compared to GE, specs or not, this convection barely works for me.

Replaced my old GE microwave. Had a hard time due my back wall has a 1in backsplash. The new GE microwave would not fit due the holes for the screw did not match. This was the only one fit. Wasn't happy with this purchase. Best buy wasn't much help either. Took 1 month to install when l complained best buy didn't do much or even didn't refund any money. Wasn't happy with best buy

I love the air fry feature and the bake feature. I've never has a microwave that did anything other than microwave. A little confusing at first because controls were opposite of the one I had before but you get used to it quickly.
