It is definitely a learning curve to see what time and temp things need to be adjusted to and there are a lot of different programs. You pretty much always need a manual to refer to if you want to do anything besides microwave and toast something.

I don't know what the heck was going on with Samsung packaging, but it was so rediculous as to become humerons. As for the working and use of the microwave itself , I really don't know yet. We only just got the latest one that doesn't seem to be damaged and haven't tried it yet. Sure is pretty though. Hope it works.

The many features are probably more than I will ever use. The only issue I did not care for was the amount of pressure required to push the buttons to operate the microwave. If you are looking for an appliance that responds to a lite touch of the finger, this is not it!
