||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you do not need the ventilation system then the rest of the features on this microwave are really nice but I need a Good ventilation system because I do so much cooking and canning. Samsung states that the underside of the over-the-range microwave features a powerful ventilation system that quickly and quietly eliminates steam, fumes and orders from the kitchen. The nearly silent system clears the air with 300 cubic feet per minute of turbo ventilation. What a joke. I am on my 3rd microwave because of this problem and best buy has told me that this is just a problem with this microwave. But, they will not report it to samsung . How stupid. They offered me a half off refund for all my trouble but as I keep checking with them as to when this is going to happen and I keep telling them that until the credit hits my credit card account they have not refunded me the promised credit. This ventilation system is loud and it sucks nothing. If you boil water steam collects on the front of the microwave and turns into droplets than run down the front of the door.
