Tried several different foods and cooking styles, very complicated steps to cook. Limited manual with a two page cheat sheet

Light on bottom is very hot ..last one I had was led

We love this microwave! It was easy to install. We used the brackets from our old one. Convection is fabulous to have. Love the fit choice and easy clean!

I purchased this microwave to replace the original microwave in my motorhome .it has been over a year and works great .

Works good - remember heat is on one side and keep things away from that one side.

We really like the Microwave/Convection Combo. Vent fam really moves the air.

My microwave is great. I love that I can use it as an oven as well. That way I don’t have to turn on the huge oven.

The unit looks good, works as described and provides additional cooking options as compared to our original unit that was supplied by the builder.

This is a big microwave and will be installed by the new year...hope it works as well as my new wave.

If you ever wanted a microwave and convection oven, this is the product for you. Downside: the stove light is really yellow so pick up some new bulbs too.

We had to have the first one replaced because it wouldn't even pop popcorn. There was also a loud sound coming from the motor. The installers put in for a replacement that was delivered and installed within a week. The replacement works well, still trying to figure out the correct buttons to get it to do what we want.

I wish the computer was easier to work, the scrolling words are annoying but it works.

Great microwave and features, unfortunately it cut out almost 2 years to the day of ownership - not the durability expected for the price (one of the pricier models at the time). Large capacity with several well used and available features on the front panel buttons. That said, the buttons are slightly annoying at times, with a bit of extra force needed to select the options than should be necessary. We rarely used the convection option - so not sure if that's really worth the extra money for our needs, but thought it would be a good feature at the time. At the end of the day however - 2 years? *grumble* Will be replacing with a different manufacturing brand.

This microwave cooks food evenly and the food tastes just as good as when it was first cooked, especially fried chicken!

Fantastic microwave oven. Our new microwave is great, I enjoy how fast it cooks and big the cooking compartment is.

The Microwave does everything! Very well made. But the reason for the down grade was that I was told that the lights were LED but they are not. Was also told that I could set a timer for the not LED lights to come on every night but they don't. These were a couple of reason for this purchase. But all in all it is a very good microwave.
