The microwave is 50% -100% slower than the other three microwaves I use. For what takes 30 seconds in the other microwaves, this microwave takes 45 seconds to one minute. The microwave being the most-used feature, it's performance should be a priority. At this point, I don't know if it is defective or under-powered either way it is unacceptable. The controls are not as convenient/concise; instead of just hitting the 30 second button for a 30 second use, I have to additionally hit start (a throw back to about 10 years ago). Based on the cooking speed, I would not recommend or purchase this model again. I regret this purchase.
