Since initial use, it did not cook as fast as my last (Whirlpool) 1000W microwave. Ok, fine. Maybe Samsung's just don't cook as fast. Well, this past week, while I was microwaving a frozen meal, it popped and died completely. Ok, so I schedule an appointment through Samsung's online service center. Only the local service team declines the work order - and tells no one. So my appt window passes. No fixed microwave. And after calling Samsung, they do nothing but tell ME to call the local service company back and handle it. Basically washing their hands of it. Very disappointed in Samsung and my decision to buy their products. This may be enough to switch me to an iphone next time too. BOTTOM LINE: If your product fails, good luck.
