    Now the microwave goes out which is still longer than the matching Samsung stove. I can not get over how poor these products are made. I think the sensor buttons on the bottom is a huge mistake. The steam from the stove seems to goes straight into the microwave despite the best efforts of the fan. My number 4 stopped working many months ago, but the +30 button solved the problem. Now it's really falling apart and I'm without a vent and 10 buttons one of which is required to set the clock. It also randomly beeps when no one is around. So the control panel is shot and replacement parts can't be found. There are a lot of features on this microwave that sounded cool at the store, but I have never used the microwave for anything other than defrosting or re-warm. It takes a long time to heat things up and having the microwave over the stove really makes cooking harder. The buttons are not intuitive. The kids can't figure out how to properly change the settings and I still don't know what all the button features do. The inside is very easy to keep clean however the outside is always smeared. I do not recommend this brand or product.

    We have had ONLY Samsung products for our entire house. We have been super loyal and have spent a lot of good money for good products. This microwave, however, is terrible. It was working fine for a year and a half, and out of the clear blue sky, decided to die. No power, no nothing, and of course out if warranty. Started warming something and just shut off, never to turn on again. We called Samsung, useless. We called someone out to take a look at it, paid $80, and were told it’s a faulty motherboard that needs to be replaced. I’m NOT going to pay $300-400 for a part when I can get a new one for cheaper. I’m very worried about getting a second Samsung microwave though. Had I known that my almost $500 purchase would have to end up in the trash in less than 2 years, while my grandma is still using hers which is almost older than I am, I would have gone with a different brand altogether. Poor quality...would give it negative stars if I could.

    Bought this microwave and thought it looked great in my kitchen ..10 days latter and error code c-do..perfect match to my 2000 Dollar samsung refrigerator with a faulty ice asker. NEVER again SAMSUNG for KITCHEN PRODUCTS. Cant wait to waste a day uninstalling this and returning it to Bestbuy..My father used to tell me there is no educational value in the second kick of a mule...I should have learned from the ice maker. I wil be NOT BE PURCHASING SAMSUNG AGAIN for KITCHEN PRODUCTS.

    After waiting for weeks for Best Buy to deliver and done with no communication, the light inside burned out in days. A call to Samsung and they want me to buy a new light!!?? Call the store and they will replace it in a couple of weeks. Come to the light!

    Had this for 3 1/2 years and then tried to cook a pie at TGiving because the regular oven was busy. Ran for about 30 minutes and then quit completely. Front panel dead; reset by unplugging, won't come back. Probably an internal fuse if it is possible to fix, but way out of warranty. Wouldn't buy again for CONVECTION. Don't Use!!!

    Be Careful!

    Plug the unit in and check BEFORE mounting!!! Had min all installed and it worked for about 45 seconds. I kept getting an error code (CS-1 I believe)..went to the troubleshooting guide....said "call Samsung"....I did, had to take it back to Best Buy...they were NOT the best bunch to deal with even though I had a Samsung return authorization....took a week to get a new one...so far so good

    One lasted less than a year of yse

    Bought, but not installed for several months. Sensor panel failed with less than one years use. Samsung would do nothing. Buying a whole new door plus labor cost almost as much as a new product. So, bought a new one and paid for extended warranty. Do not recommend Samsung service.

    First one sent out had a scratch on the enamel on the inside (turned out being the best one and should have kept it). Second one was missing a mounting bolt and thus could not be mounted. Third one had a small ding on metal surface. I kept it because I was done with all of the returning and waiting. I would rather have had the chipped enamel instead of the visible ding however. Just had really bad luck on this microwave. Haven't even really used it much since we got out of the habit of using a microwave since we were without one for about a month waiting for all of the returns. This new one fills the hole above the stove well. I think it's a really nice looking unit and has a lot of neat features. Just a bummer to spend 5k on all brand new appliances and have an imperfect microwave and fridge with a display that won't work. Samsung let me down on this one. I sold all my Samsung stock when the took the micro sd feature and replaceable battery feature out of their phones. Looks like it really was a sign.

    Broke after 1 year

    Great while it worked, but just like my last Samsung it started having electrical problems right after the warranty stopped. Multiple buttons stopped working, including the start button, which makes it useless. Should have learned my lesson when I threw the last Samsung in the dumpster after breaking after 14 months of light use. Never will purchase Samsung again.
