    It works pretty much the same as other microwaves half of its price. Samsung customer service is poor. Not worth to pay extra.

    samsung should just stick with making TV not even phone. The color of stainless steel this microwave NOT uniform with the other samsung stainless steel product

    We really liked this microwave. Unfortunately, after 1-1/2 years it burnt up. We bought another one and got Geek Squad protection.

    I have had this microwave for less than 3 years and it has already quit working. I am not impressed with the quality of this appliance.

    This microwave holds smell in the filters. I have to take them out and clean them far more than I have ever for any other self venting microwave.

    sensor died 2 months after the year warrenty was up and samsung was horrible to deal with. worst customer service i have ever experienced.

    The Samsung convection microwave that WE PURCHACED DID NOT WORK AFTER INSTALLED. We called Customer service 2 times for help and troubleshooting, But didn't get anywhere. We were on a trip and couldn't cook or warm up food. This was a great inconvenience. Even more frustration was NOT being able to get Help from the service number.

    "C-d0" error two months after warranty expired. Will require new touch pad which will at the end of the day end up costing almost as much as a new one. Called two repair shops, they laughed, made fun of Samsung appliances and recommended I purchase and US made one. I have to agree they are probably right.

    This microwave is dead after 21 months installed by Best buy due to a power surge. Best buy now giving me the run around about replacing the product and Samsung has not returned multiple calls after long wait times. Also Best buy refuses to extend the membership i purchased in january 2020 due to Covid when i could not get tech support.

    The worst purchase I have ever made. The steam from cooking went up the front of the micro causing condensation that dripped down on the stove. The noise level was atrocious. Long story short...service guy said nothing wrong with the micro,it just does not work well. Best Buy was great in helping me get a micro that meets my needs.

    convection oven caused the the whole thing to over heat and shut off do to the exhaust fan never coming on. When I called to get it fixed or exchanged I was told that it was 15 days only for best buy to do anything and I only had it 4 weeks. Not very happy with the service for paying 600 bucks for junk!

    Have yet to use my microwave but the fit and finish is fantastic and it goes along with all the rest of my Samsung appliances. Couldn’t be happier!

    We've had it for over a year. I've never been able to figure out how to use the extra features. Total waste of money. Its huge and bulky. A smaller microwave would have been better. Also it came with no instructions.
