    First one came and never worked. Had to wait another week for the replacement then it only worked for one day and the controls stopped working. I then switched to a kitchen aid and everything is good so far

    I purchased but it seemed I purchased a ghost product. Delivery was set up twice to no avail. I had to go back to Best Buy and purchase another one. But I think that purchase was the one for us.

    After a little over a year we started getting error codes. Unplug to clear and they return after a few uses. Only warrantied for a year.

    purchased 1/17/2019 and installed by best buy. Unit caught fire/spark and died on 10/15/2020 with no assistance from best buy.

    Had microwave 3 weeks, quit working, would not even melt butter. I was very unhappy. Best Buy did stand by the product. I was pleased with the solution.

    I installed the microwave and tried to use it and after 2 seconds a error code appeared. Desided to remove and return but was a lot of work.
