Very good microwave for the price. The microwave itself does very well. Love the eco mode.

This microwave had the extremely clear instructions that made the installation easy. I am handy and have assembled and installed many products, but these instructions were extremely easy to follow and complete. The microwave is very easy to use and looks great!

OVERALL THIS IS A GREAT MICRO WAVE, FOR FAMILIY OR SINGLE PERSON. I PERSONALLY LOVE IT. IT FITS IN WITH MY LIFE STYLE PERFECTLY.

We were looking to replace an old over the range that wasn't working properly. This one looks great w/ our other new appliances & works great too. We are very happy with it. It's not the quietest, but better than an old microwave.

For the price, our family has enjoyed this over the range microwave a lot with great success.

Great Microwave, nice interior cooking space upgraded from the previous microwave. Same physical size location but much larger cooking space in this microwave. Intuitive button design and layout.

I love our new microwave! The features work so nicely from defrosting meat, melting chocolate, steaming veggies or melting chocolate. It was easy to install and the appearance is great.

Now is the time to give this item a fair review. I hv had this microwave for 1 yr 1 mo and it is dead for the second time. The 1st time it was within the first 6 mos. of owning it. I thought Samsung was a quality brand but apparently I was wrong. I didn't think it was necessary to purchase an extended warranty on such items but apparently I was wrong again. I don't know if I will purchase any other Samsung items.

We bought this microwave because it got good reviews overall... We just installed ours 10 days ago and I'm taking it down and returning it. The turntable in it is really small, compared to our last microwave. The control panel lettering is small and doesn't have enough contrast, which makes it hard to read. The underside light is so dim, it hardly lights at all - I don't know why they even bothered putting it on there. To make matters worse, it causes a hot spot inside the microwave, just above where the light is. Samsung may have good products, but they should have re-thought this one.

We purchased this microwave as a discounted, "open item," without knowing anything about the product. However, now that we are using this microwave, we definitely would have paid full price for it.

Sensor cooking is on the mark; is great cooking. Love the looks.

It is just right for the location, fits in well with the other appliances, is good quality, and easy to operate.

Beware, the specs and features list for this product are WRONG! This microwave DOES NOT come with a chrome rack and DOES NOT have the capacity to have one. The first oven arrived damaged either from the warehouse or UPS. Had to return to the store 30 minutes away. They ordered me another which I picked up the next week in the store. The box did not even have the manual in it. After taking off the plastic, I noticed two small dents on the door. I imagine that happened in manufacturing or packaging because they were hidden by the plastic and in a straight line. Samsung blamed Best Buy for the erroneous specs list, and Best Buy blamed Samsung. However, Samsung rep told me that features can change on a model and they are not required to list the change. What? Now, I have to return this a second time. If you are looking for a basic microwave, than I imagine this might be a decent one.

I am a Samsung lover I have 3 of their LCD\LED TV's and 3 of their Blueray players and have had zero issues with them, So when I decided to upgrade to an over the range microwave I went with Samsung. Installation was a breeze up until one of the nuts built into the unit fell out of place while trying to put in the last bolt.... Once I resolved that issue and got it back up on the wall we started using it. The unit worked great and I was patting myself on the back for getting a great microwave fairly cheap. Then two weeks later it quit heating things up. turntable turned unt ran clock worked everything looked and sounded fine but the food came out cold. I returned the unit and was given a replacement, took it home installed it used it that night and the next morning same problem everything sounded like it was working but my cup of joe was still cold after three and a half minutes... bumped it up to 5 minutes ran it again.... still cold, taking it back tonight and getting something different, sorry Samsung but I will stay with your home theatre equipment but my appliances will stay with Kenmore.

Overall the microwave peforms just like advertised. I am well pleased with it.....

Bought this microwave to replace the other samsung microwave I had for only just over a year until it broke. Thought I would just replace it with a new one instead of the hassle and expense of a repair. Also have the matching refrig and stove so really wanted to keep the matched set being that everything is only just over a year old. This micro which I bought to replace the last broken one now has a loud buzzing noise and I will be returning it to best buy this week. Will try again with a replacement just because i want my appliances to match. Next go around with an appliance set purchase I will definitely not be buying samsung..

At best this microwave is average. The light under it does not give out very much light. During the defrost cycle the microwave actually stops defrosting until you turn the item over.

Our microwave came with a faulty support ring for the turntable. One wheel of the ring does not stay on, while the other two are firmly affixed. "Support" asked for a photo so they could determined if the part was "user replaceable." Then they said we needed to buy a new part because they didn't cover damaged parts (there is absolutely no wear on either the ring or the wheel; it was improperly made!). They said if it had been a computer problem they could have helped us with it. How do you photograph a computer glitch? They are obviously just trying to put off customers. This is the last Samsung microwave I will ever buy!!!!!

Looks and works great. Bought this to match the rest of my kitchen. Easy to clean, more functions than I know what to do with.
