Bought it one month ago and so far so good!! My first Samsung product hope I won't be disappointed as time goes by.

I really like the fact that it has the child lock.

Powerful Microwave cooking in a nice package. Fast even cooking

This Samsung 1.7 Cu. ft. Over the range microwave is totally the right microwave for our household.

IT WAS AVAILABLE AT THE STORE. BOUGHT IT TO MATCH SAMSUNG REFRIDG THAT I PURCHASED 3 MOS AGO.

The specifications say: "Incandescent cooktop light Illuminates the cooking surface below, so you can better see what you're cooking on the stove". This could not be further from the truth. The 40-watt light bulb is totally inadequate. When I called Samsung they confirmed that the 40-watt bulb was correct and they referred to it as a "night light". 40-watts of light to illuminate the cooking surface below is useless. The size of the clock numbers are small and not bright. You cannot see the time from across the kitchen. Steam produced from cooking a watery product was escaping from around the door. The instruction manual was not included in the box with the product. I called Samsung on a Thursday afternoon and was told a representative would get back with me within 48-hours. It was not until the following Thursday that I was called back. My disappointment is NOT with Best Buy, it is with Samsung! I could not recommend this product to anyone.

Bought this after Consumer Reports rated pretty high and I needed black to match the rest of my new kitchen. The microwave is not even 2 years old and there is an error code SE on the key pad and it will not run period. Googled the problem and turns out this is a big Samsung issue. Some owners were able to reset the keypad (we were not), some took the microwave apart and unplugged and replugged various wires (did not work for us), some said condesation was their problem (not ours) and some called a repairman and paid $135-$200 to replace the keypad. (I will not). Looks like i will be shopping for a non Samsung microwave.

I bought this microwave because of all the great reviews. Well right after it was installed I tried to pop popcorn which worked. But right after the error came up for the first time. I was able to get rid of the error by pushing a bunch of buttons. All was okay for about a week and I went to use it and the error was there. Nothing worked to get rid of the error. I went out on Google to see if anyone else had this problem.... wow..this has been an issue for ALOT of people with Samsung microwaves. Best Buy has been great with resolving this issue! A replacement (not Samsung) will be delivered and installed in a couple of days.

Good product but "owner manual included" is just a short 5 pg fold-out paper. I contacted Best Buy customer service to request a full-bound manual and was told to go to BB website to download and print out. I looked and couldn't find it. Would have been nice if they had mailed me one because it should be part of product. I went to Samsung website and printed it out. Poor customer service, BEST BUY!

I purchased this microwave 2 years ago and today the handle broke. It is all plastic and I tried to glue it back on but I know it won't last. Now I''m going to have to order a new handle and have the hassle of swapping it out.

We loved this at first.Very big inside. Cooks food great. But it was hard to get the door open and it was loud to close the door. This microwave only lasted 2 years and 2 mos.

I bought this microwave to replace my Kenmore when the magnatron failed and it was not cost effective to fix it. I am a skilled handyman and this unit took me 6 hours to put it in after highly modifying the install. The carriage bolts that are supposed to vertically hold the microwave in will NOT fit the lock nuts that are built into the top of the unit. I event took the unit down and attempted to thread the bolts...it only threads part way. Maybe I was supplied the wrong bolts? One lock nut ended up tearing the top of the microwave after I tried to torque the bolt. I had to disassemble my Kenmore, remove the threaded brackets from it, disassemble the Samsung and then jerry-rig the Kenmore brackets into the Samsung. I then used the Kenmore bolts on this Samsung. I don't care if this microwave spits out dollar bills when in use...NOT WORTH THE MONEY even it it only cost me $150. AVOID THIS UNIT.

I bought and installed this microwave on a Thursday and 6 days later it is not working. It runs but does not cook. Press the popcorn setting and it never cooks the popcorn. It was working earlier this week, it just all of a sudden stopped heating. The microwave looks great but its a real piece of junk in my book. I will never buy another Samsung product.

Turntable stop working after 3 months of use.....!

I have this Microwave about 7 Month and had to have the turntable motor repaired twice. Be careful.

Maybe it will work if you get it installed. But Lord help you if the cheap nut gets even slightly stripped, you are done. Cheapest metal I've ever seen including housing, nuts, bolt, and nut clasp.

Surprisingly only 15 day warranty, went to store on day 22 & manager would not come talk to us.
