Samsung over the range microwave

Easy to use. The one negative thing about it is that it does a lot of unnecessary Beeping...one beep per function would be preferred. Our cat agrees.

Not only is it easy to use, but the over the range style is perfect. We did curbside pickup, they put it in our SUV and my husband installed without any problems. I downloaded the user manual from the internet since it didn’t come with a printed book. That worked out just fine. It’s a great microwave at a very reasonable price.

I would like the surface light to be a little brighter but that is not a deal breaker. For the money its a good buy!

The only thing I miss is that it doesn't have the speed settings - like if you want to cook something for one, two or three minutes - my old microwave had a one-button touch for those.

It replaced a previous Samsung Microwave, that we thought died a little too early, but we bought another one anyway. It's a little louder than the old one maybe it will last a little longer. Had best buy deliver and install and that went very well. Best buy could do a little better keeping people informed of when they are coming to the house, and the price Best Buy charges for this service seems a little steep.
