The first one was a dud, Best Buy returns was easy because I had only picked it up a few days before I installed it.

From day one the fan turns on if you touch the handle even if you're not using the microwave. Just passing by the handle will cause the fan to go on and stay on. A Samsung tech came out and said this is completely normal. Well, we bought our home in a brand new community and we all have the same Samsung appliances that came with the house and no one else has a their fan turn on from the handle when you're not using the microwave so how could that be normal. I think the tech didn't want to bother taking care of the problem. Also, the touch screen and the door are terribly marked and impossible to clean. Fingerprint free is a joke. The microwave is less then 4 months old but I'm afraid the fan is going to burn out the motor sooner than later since it goes on so often.

Randomly worked out of the box. Clock would work and wouldn’t heat when started. Timer wouldn’t count down when it wouldn’t heat. Seems to be working now and has been for about a week. Hopefully will last but unsure if it will. Was able to get a service call easily with a local repair shop but canceled because it’s working right now. Works well when working

Have had this microwave for just over a year and the latch the spring attaches to broke. Not the $14 replaceable latch, had to replace the entire door for $170 because the spring was attached to a piece of plastic in the door

We purchased this Samsung microwave as a replacement for our old one. Overall it does everything you would expect a microwave to do. The only issue we have with it, is to very loud. Our old one was much quieter.

The microvave quit working after four years and chaanging the fuse did not fix the problem.

I have had to replace this microwave twice in 3 years due to the handle popping off! The first time I had the Geek Squad and they replaced it for free but couldn’t afford to keep up a 200 dollar membership for what ifs! This second time, the 1 year warranty had expired. Now I have to pop the microwave open with a butter knife to use it! Don’t get me started on the Samsung refrigerator, I can’t even have the water dispenser on because it will drip randomly and leave puddles on my floor from Day 1! However, when I bought in 2021 there were limited appliances in my area.

We bought this product 5 yrs ago. Last month the inside hook just broke which made it impossible to close the door. The microwave works fine but the hook is made of plastic. There is no release button on the microwave to disengage the hook so you have no choice but to pull hard to open, which eventually broke the cheap plastic. 5 yrs is way too less for a microwave to last.

I bought this in August 20 20. The latches that secure the door to the microwave. When you close it broke the spring is broken cheap plastic spring. The door will not close you would have to sit there and push it close stand there while the microwave is running. Also, The mechanism that rotates the plate broke and burnt up. This product is horrible. I would highly not recommend anybody buying this. Cheaply made garbage!

Works as it should and looks nice. As others have said, the keypad should be illuminated.

Terrific for all I need or want to do ! I am glad also to have found a white Microwave.
