Was pleasantly surprised to find that the surfaces are fingerprint resistant...very satisfied with that. The only other minor complaint is that it is a little louder than expected; not terrible, just a little loud.

Decent Microwave

We chose Samsung since we had a color matching fridge and other appliances already. This thing was a pain to install but I honestly believe any other microwave would have been the same. However sometimes when you close the door after using it if you do it just right (or wrong lol) the microwave will turn on again. We have become use to it and rarely do it now but, it would be more of an issue if you have kids using it imo. It looks nice and cooks well. Outside of the random on when closing the door we have no other complaints with it.

It is easy to use. We hung it over the stove, then decided to add blocks to the bottom of the cabinet. We unscrewed it, added the blocks and couldn't get the microwave hung again. The nuts inside the microwave kept stripping the bolts. We have it sitting on a counter now. Samsung was not helpful at all. Best Buy gave us new bolts to try. Without trying to hang it, we tried to put the bolts in very slowly by hand before trying to hoist it in the air. The bolts were being destroyed with the first couple hand turns. We ended up spending 20 more dollars to get the nuts, we now wait to see if those work. This is very frustrating. If you buy this and get it to hang, leave it alone. ( by the way, we googled and this is a known problem. )

My local BB had this in stock for immediate pickup and I had a great in-store experience. The microwave functions well and is more powerful than standard countertop models. Install was easy enough and instructions were clear. What more is there to say?
