Great Microwave Oven

This unit was a replacement and easily fitted in and was actually slightly larger than the one it replaced. I'm very happy with what I purchased.

Same Samsung. Now not available. Worked for 3.5 years. Then stopped. Repair is more expensive, then buying a new one. Hope it will work for the next 4 years. I have all Samsungs in the kitchen. All had problems. Next time I would never buy Samsung products. Last time I had all Maytags, just white colors. No problems at all.

Monte did an excellent job with the delivery, haul away of the old microwave and installation of the new microwave. Purchase date was 1/20/2021.

Our window for delivery and installation was from 12 noon to 8 pm (a very long time to wait) and they did not even arrive within that window of time. They rang the doorbell at 8:40 pm to install the microwave. NOT acceptable and not even a phone call or text to say they would be delayed.

Bought Two!

For the price, it's great! Has lots of features and was easy to install. The only downfall was trying to figure out how to set the time, which the directions weren't super clear on and took time messing with the buttons. Overall, great buy for the price.

Easy to use and clean. The installers were very friendly, fast, & professional. Stainless steel microwave. Just before very careful when opening and closing the microwave handle which my not be very strong.

This one does not, so just not quite as convenient.
