Works good. The only complaint I have is that the light underneath is very weak. Does not provide adequate lighting for the cooktop.

It works pretty good. At the beginning it was a bit confusing but now we know how to operate it.

After installation of the second unit still not very satisfied with the quality of the unit. Wanted to get the next model up and was told that it would not be available to Late March or April. What was I to do with my old microwave gone and a big open space over the stove with holes covered with tape. Really unhappy with the entire microwave issue. Guess I am stuck with the unit.

It’s grate for me, but it’s harder for my mother (almost 90) to figure how to use. She preferred simply language labels, one push but for each operating

Nice microwave, with enough features to get the job done! I usually just reheat or pop popcorn in it for the most part and it handles it fine!

Unfortunately it stopped heating in less than 2 years smh. Yes I had the geek squad warranty but the same microwave is $60 more. I probably never will buy this brand again.

Keyboard has insuffient light. 30 second key doesn't work until start is pressed.

Nice appliance to replace failed Samsung after 10 years. It was a surprise that the mounting holes were not the same - bracket was however !

Item was damage on first delivery. Second delivery went well. Over all it’s a great item

I bought this same model 2 years ago, and it stopped working. Samsung doesn't believe in their own products as evidence by a one year warranty. Only reason I bought this same model is because the space is already set up and that made it easy to install, and all my other appliances are Samsung. The last Microwave I had lasted 15 years and was still working when I took it out. When I replace my appliance it won't be Samsung. Before you buy call a few companies that services appliances and you will find many of them won't work on Samsung products. The one's that do charge so much you are better buying a new one.

Love this microwave! Needed a matching one to my stove and dishwasher.

Great buy and great product. Was sad to see that it took three times to get a product that was not damaged. Maybe Best By needs to relay to Samsung to ensure their product goes through a product quality inspection.

Bought this to replace 10 year old microwave that went bad. The Samsung cooks much faster and more evenly than the old one did. Best Buy crew who installed it were pros and were in and out of the house in less than 20 minutes

The Microwave works really well. It would be nice it the panel was easer to see but it is OK. Finding the Charcoal Filter replacement is almost imposable would be nice if the parts number came with the instructions.

Love new microwave. One thing I would change is a lighted face around menu. At night I have to turn on alight to see numbers.

Love it except for programming area it is hard to see. It has a glare on it.

It had the missing screws and name letters were missing. I thought it will be good when I purchased as it was in the box. I could not check the details clearly because it was in box. but when I opened, saw those issues. It turned out be a very average product for the price I paid. I would not recommend to people to buy this type of boxed products without seeing it.
