The mounting hardware was damaged. It took some effort, but I was able to fabricate a solution that worked. That said, it’s nice to have a working microwave at a decent enough cost.

Reached out to Best Buy with my Receipt since it was only purchased a few weeks ago an they refused to help stating they do not carry parts they advised to contact Samsung. Reached out to the manufacturer advising parts are missing parts can they shipped new parts they advise to return the microwave since it was recently purchased to exchange for a new microwave with all the parts. Reached back out to bestbuy with what Samsung said an they blame me for not bringing the microwave with all the parts to exchange. That has been my problem since the purchase!!!!!! Ugh I mean no help at all between these two parties now I have a microwave without mounting parts that isn’t even my fault! Never again! Worst ever
