    Good mic but no back lit buttons

    Good looking mic Does the job but doesn’t have backlit buttons. At this price I’m a lil disappointed but the microwave does its job. I just need to bring my phone as a light or turn lights on when it’s dark.

    The first one of these I purchased when you slammed door closed light would come on and turntable would spin without any time set on cook But it didn’t heat unless you put time in key pad so we brought it back got another one and it’s been fine so far

    The first microwave door was defective, and the unit had to be replaced. The second unit worked but had a slight scratch.

    Got a defective one

    It was defective. I didn’t bother to plug it in before mounting it to the cabinet. I’ve installed dozens of over the range style microwaves in my lifetime, so I proceeded with installing it. When I plugged it in, it ran continuously, couldn’t stop it without open the door or unplugging it. I even put an ice cube in it, let it run for 5 mins, didn’t melt. I ended up uninstalling it and returning it the next day.

    Microwave works fine, but makes some irregular noises. It was a pain to install as the template wasn't great.

    Ok for the money but i was confused in that i didnt realize that a backlit keypad didnt come with it. Have to turn on the kitchen lights to cook anything. Wouldnt buy again because of that
