    I may revise this after the warranty claim, but the turntable and exhaust fan for the microwave stopped working 3 weeks after delivery. I made a warranty claim and it is scheduled to be fixed on 8/21. Pray for me! Before today it was working well.

    Bought all SAMSUNG for our house abs had fridge go out less than 6 months and they didn’t wanna fix it. HIGHLY don’t recommend anything Samsung

    The microwave I received, did not come with a bracket. It should have come with a bracket. Best Buy basically said too bad so sad for you.

    DO NOT BUY!! Wish I could give this item negative stars. The unit caught on FIRE a year after we bought it. 3 months later, I’m still dealing with Samsung and their terrible customer service.

    Weak fan

    If you’re setting this up for recirculating vent fan mode, don’t get this product! It’s fan is super weak. Initially I thought it must be broken so I returned it but even the second microwave I got had the same weak fan issue.

    Lasted four weeks. Will be on the phone with customer service tomorrow. The door on it is crooked as well. Decided we could live with it given the effort to take it back down. Very disappointed.

    The worst order Ive made! Microwave seems like it’s great but the customer service, treatment, lack of ownership was terrible. Took me 3mos to receive my order due to Mistake on the company.

    As soon as I got it installed i had an issue with the door, which makes the microwave turn on by itself. Currently I am unplugging it when not in use.

    Unfortunately the microwave I picked up was defective. Once plugged in it started but never stopped running. It took my time to install, measure, etc and ended up in mounting because it didn’t work. The black SS looked amazing though.
