    We ordered a white over the range microwave and instead received a stainless steel product. 3 phone calls and still no correct order. Need anything else said?

    Terrible. The time panel does not light up. I can’t see it all at night. Ridiculous.

    The microwave did not work straight out of the box. Best Buy refused to replace it. I will never buy from Best Buy again.

    Installer wants me to pay for installation

    Best has not installed it yet. I'm a Tool Tech member amd installation is free. But installer delivered product and said he doesn't have supplies to install it. Now installer wants me to pay him directly to install it.

    Samsung over the range microwave

    Affordable, attractive black stainless microwave that looks good with our black stainless stove. Easy to use. The one negative thing about it is that it does a lot of unnecessary Beeping...one beep per function would be preferred. Our cat agrees.

    This micowave is proving to be more than adequate for my need. Its attractive and works fine. I would like the surface light to be a little brighter but that is not a deal breaker. For the money its a good buy!

    We like it. It replaced a previous Samsung Microwave, that we thought died a little too early, but we bought another one anyway. It's a little louder than the old one maybe it will last a little longer. Had best buy deliver and install and that went very well. Best buy could do a little better keeping people informed of when they are coming to the house, and the price Best Buy charges for this service seems a little steep.
