I bought this Samsung microwave and it works great. It heats food quickly and evenly, and the controls are very easy to use. The design looks nice in my kitchen and matches my other appliances. Overall, it’s reliable, and does exactly what I need. I’m happy with my purchase.

Affordable, attractive black stainless microwave that looks good with our black stainless stove. Easy to use. The one negative thing about it is that it does a lot of unnecessary Beeping...one beep per function would be preferred. Our cat agrees.

This micowave is proving to be more than adequate for my need. Its attractive and works fine. I would like the surface light to be a little brighter but that is not a deal breaker. For the money its a good buy!

This is exactly what I wanted/ needed after my old countertop microwave bit the dust. Not only is it easy to use, but the over the range style is perfect. We did curbside pickup, they put it in our SUV and my husband installed without any problems. I downloaded the user manual from the internet since it didn’t come with a printed book. That worked out just fine. It’s a great microwave at a very reasonable price.

Nice microwave. Looks great - easy to clean. The only thing I miss is that it doesn't have the speed settings - like if you want to cook something for one, two or three minutes - my old microwave had a one-button touch for those.

We like it. It replaced a previous Samsung Microwave, that we thought died a little too early, but we bought another one anyway. It's a little louder than the old one maybe it will last a little longer. Had best buy deliver and install and that went very well. Best buy could do a little better keeping people informed of when they are coming to the house, and the price Best Buy charges for this service seems a little steep.

Doesn't have the quick cook buttons but nice basic model looks nice works nice

I replaced an old Samsung microwave with a new one of the same make. It’s a OTR and with a few modifications I was able to do the installation all by myself. Ordered on line and was delivered promptly.

We appreciated the service BB provided. The Microwave works wetland fits perfectly with our new ( also purchased at BB) range.

An excellent product! Works as a ln inexpensive, no-frills microwave should. Installation instructions where clear and easy to understand. And, it came with a comprehensive hardware kit!
