    Three years old had to replace keypad in first year due to arcing. Now it appears the magnetron has failed-blowing circuit breaker. Costs more to have someone fix it than to simply replace.

    Inner fan was broke when I bought it, rattled and the exchange policy was very difficult. Ended up just returning it and buying from another business.

    Replaced my Electrolux after 13 years, with Samsung. Not happy with the touch pad. You have to press a few times a with a lot of pressure. Missing a lot of features for shortcuts Would not recommend. I thought I just had to break it in for the touch pad to work better but it didn’t and now I have to keep since past the return policy.

    DON’T BUY THIS ONE!!!

    The microwave didn’t even last 3 years. And with the cost to repair it, we had to buy a new one. Looks nice but not worth the money.
