I love this microwave. The right size, and it looks nice. I also got a very good deal. I love Best Buy, I buy all my appliances there and will continue. The customer service is wonderful. I am in the market now for a refrigerator.

The microwave is performing very well. My husband installed easy! Matches other kitchen appliances. We love it . We have had no problems with it, performs very well. We will recommend to others. The price was reasonable especially no interest for 6 months-24 months.Also we liked how the salesperson walked us through each part of the process. It was all done very quickly

I love this Samsung microwave its easy to use but what I really appreciate is the inset microwave tray it never gets stuck or becomes misaligned.

We wanted something simple and cheap and this has blown us away. We love the simplicity of it, no need for all the fancy buttons, this gets the job done perfectly!

My husband was able to install it within an hour, and now, six months later, it still works phenomenally.

Compared to my 17 year-old microwave, you have to be very exact when you push on these buttons. I also feel like the door is very lightweight but I’m comparing this one to my old one. The other thing I don’t like is the light brightness. They give you two light settings and the first one is not very bright at all. Overall, it’s not a terrible microwave, but it’s not as good as the one I used to have which was a GE profile. I suppose for what I paid for this it’s not a bad microwave.

I purchased it with Samsung oven (Model:NE59R4321SS). They look so nice and well matched. I love quality of these products as well as their looks.

The previous model in this series lasted for 7 or 8 years. Although I'd like to get a decade or more out of this one, I'll be happy if it lasts as long. It was a little difficult to install but it has a decent feature set and is easy to clean.

It is a great Microwave, looks very nice with the stove and the mis important aspect... it is very easy to used.

I was happy with this microwave for 2 1/2 years, but recently the paint had chipped off in the carousel area and it's showing the metal inside which is unsafe to use (a rare manufacturer defect). We had no warranty left and had reached out to Samsung. Hopefully our new microwave (a different one by Samsung) is a better product and last a long time otherwise I will have to break up my Samsung appliance set and go with another brand
