The side panel has numbers and words that are understandable for its operation. Just as important, the appliance was easy to install. All of the instructions from installation to product use were good.

Samsung doesn't believe in their own products as evidence by a one year warranty. Only reason I bought this same model is because the space is already set up and that made it easy to install, and all my other appliances are Samsung. The last Microwave I had lasted 15 years and was still working when I took it out. When I replace my appliance it won't be Samsung. Before you buy call a few companies that services appliances and you will find many of them won't work on Samsung products. The one's that do charge so much you are better buying a new one.
