2 years and Door Key broke:(

The only problem is that i purchased the microwave in late 2020 and the door key just broke a few days ago. I had to unplug it because the door does not shut all the way now and microwave won't work. I'm not sure this is covered under warranty or if i even have warranty to use:(

This microwave is sturdy, no danger of door handle being broken anytime soon. It is also very quiet which I like. Best deal by far.

It is average size, if I have to replace it I would definitely buy this same one again.

The order process was easy and I picked up in store. An Associate loaded for me and I was on my way home. So far the Microwave is working great and looks good as well.

Easy to operate and I especially like the common cooking programs. It is replacing a 2013 model which was $1400.00. Wow, they have come a long way in 8 years!

It fit great in the spot between cabinets. Install was smooth and quick. I haven't used all of the functions yet but overall this was a good purchase. Samsung never lets me down.
