It function as well as our previous GE model, but we have to get used one touch time function. This model you always have enter the time manually.

The top latch if isn’t slam tightly closed, it will turn on by itself. I was told by the tech just the fan and the light is ON and not actual microwave. So at time if you close the door like a normal person the unit will exhibit the symptom. The unit work as expected.
