The Samsung microwave was exactly what we were looking for has everything we need and was the best price for what we needed

High light is way to dim over your stove and no way to clear time that Ive found. Otherwise gr8 buy.

Works as it should, looks great. Lacks a turn table stop function. Best Buy install contractor was quick and efficient. Out with old in with new.

It had the missing screws and name letters were missing. I thought it will be good when I purchased as it was in the box. I could not check the details clearly because it was in box. but when I opened, saw those issues. It turned out be a very average product for the price I paid. I would not recommend to people to buy this type of boxed products without seeing it.

It works perfectly and is easy with the instructions. It must be more powerful than my other which I thought was identical because it heats things up more quickly

This is a powerful microwave. It cooks items in half the time of the old one. Easy installation and it looks great.

This unit replaced a 2004 General Electric Over Range Microwave. The 2004 was easier to read the face and had convenience features that made it simple to use. I have a Samsung refrigerator which is fantastic which is why I chose this unit. I would buy the GE unit again if I had a chance. Rates average because it is not a step up from a 16 year old GE.

Great buy and great product. Was sad to see that it took three times to get a product that was not damaged. Maybe Best By needs to relay to Samsung to ensure their product goes through a product quality inspection.

The Microwave works really well. It would be nice it the panel was easer to see but it is OK. Finding the Charcoal Filter replacement is almost imposable would be nice if the parts number came with the instructions.

I really liked it, it was easy to install and it looks very nice
