Good, wish it could multi task

Looks great, but vent fan is loud

We thought maybe the BB installers did something wrong, but we recently had this uninstalled and reinstalled due to getting new cabinets, but the vent fan is still very loud. I don't think we will be using the fan too often. Other than the fan it looks and works great.

I think it is a great option compared to the home improvement stores. For the microwave, I did a pickup and it went smoothly. I wish that BestBuy offered a more comprehensive service for parts but there are a number of other options with the manufacturers and resellers.

It does heat-up things faster though and is a nice design.

The inside of the plate gets hot when the light on the outside underneath it, his turn on. Always have to clear each time. I do quick start for heat
