Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.got it to replace a Samsung microwave that was just shy of 12 months old when it quit..BEST BUY opted to replace rather than repair the old one...thought we were getting the same unit as a replacement but Samsung decided to cheapen the unit..it is noisy and the fan sounds like a jet going in the kitchen
