The "touch " system on this microwave can be annoying if not pressed directly on function you are trying to use.

If the microwave has power but will not respond to any commands or only certain buttons work, clean the control panel and try a power cycle. Please check this link for details.

You should also check if the child lock is enabled, as once this is enabled, the microwave oven cannot be operated accidentally. The oven can be locked at any time.
