This is a good value for the money, but it vibrates and rattles really loud unless you push on the bottom of the control panel. It’s kind of annoying

It's a microwave. There's nothing special about it, but I got a good price and the installation was free.

Bad Product. Right after my product complete 1 year, the door latch got broken. I had to buy and return more than 2 of this model and when I found one, we had this issue with the door not getting locked when closed.

Nice microwave, but know that it does not have a Zero Clearance Hinge. Had to return because the door would not open with a wall to the left side of the unit.

Love the look and stainless steel is very nice and easy to keep clean. My old microwave was a different brand and I love the Samsung products

Works great!! Not easy to install if you don’t know what your doing. Our microwave was shipped to the store. Easy pick up and they loaded it in the car for us.

I purchased this microwave at the same time as I bought an oven. I thought it would match the black fingerprint resistant oven because the main picture on the product shows this option. I did not read it correctly and received a shiny black unit. By the time the installers got it in within 15 minutes, I looked and it was too late. It looks a bit large yet the interior glass table is markedly smaller than my prior microwave of the same size. The only cool thing about it is the blue led. Other than that it is just okay.

Love the microwave. I like not having the metal tray. Spacious. It does show fingerprints. Use microfiber cloth, other clothes are too abrasive for the finish on it.

Overall an excellent product however the microwave light is not that bright and the buttons at night are not lighting up. Please help me to understand this. Thank you.

Please do not buy this model; my review is only for this particular model (Model #ME17R7021ES). I don't know how Samsung microwaves compare to other companies in general. I have already exchanged three of these models in the past three years: the first two from Best Buy and this one from Lowe's. They do not last more than 8 to 10 months. The first one started making a loud noise and I was able to exchange it at Best Buy within 30 days. The second one Samsung came out to replace the parts and it worked for a few months before it completely stopped. On to my third one from Lowe's with a 5-year extended warranty. Exactly after 9 months, it stopped as well. Samsung is coming out to replace parts again. The reason why I kept going back to this model was due to the wall support that comes with the microwave so that I don't have to keep drilling for other brands as they are all a little different. Please stay away from this model completely, it qualifies for the worst appliance in the market.

Operates fine looks fine but if you leave the light on the inside gets so hot it almost Burns you

Microwave works. A lot louder than the 10-year old unit I replaced. The lower light went out after 2 months.

Fit perfectly over the stove. Exhaust a little loud but works well.

Replaced a discontinued previous model that finally broke. Ended up replacing this model with the 1.9 cu ft model because that one had a stronger fan

Could be better, My 20 year old microwave had more features than this one I would have kept it but it was in white. The advantage to this one is that it uses less time and he eats food fast.

Great timely delivery and installation. It is louder than our 26 year old prior microwave, but much more powerful. It also matches our Samsung oven we bought last year.

It was a replacement and works fantastic only issue is that the panel could be a little more bright. Otherwise a great product
