Best buy replaced it with my choice LG. it had the options i needed. They were so easy to work with. This is why i buy all of my appliances from Best Buy. I am a happy customer!!!

It's easy to work, does things fast than the old one. Decided I needed other new appliances to go with the microwave so I went back to Best Buy for a stove, frig. and dishwasher!!

I thought I was making a good, educated decision - even once you narrow it down, there are always tons of great reviews and those couple of scary "stay away" ones... This is a STAY AWAY one. Liked the performance of this micro, heated great. 14 months in and one big POP - there goes the magnetron! Now it's just a useless piece of metal junk! Barely 30 days out of the warranty period!! Beyond furious - now I have to spin the microwave roulette wheel for a replacement, but will NOT be replacing with a samsung!

Shows every scuff and fingerprint. Already anticipating short life on touch pad. Microwave is noisy and vent fan sounds like a jet taking off.

Great replacement for range hood
