Goes to start and then shuts off. Display goes off. Like power got shut off but the power is good. Display comes back on in a few minutes but same thing happens if I try to start it. My last microwave lasted nearly 20 years with no problems. Looks good and worked well for as long as it worked anyway.

I thought it will be good when I purchased as it was in the box. I could not check the details clearly because it was in box. but when I opened, saw those issues. It turned out be a very average product for the price I paid. I would not recommend to people to buy this type of boxed products without seeing it.

The 2004 was easier to read the face and had convenience features that made it simple to use. I have a Samsung refrigerator which is fantastic which is why I chose this unit. I would buy the GE unit again if I had a chance. Rates average because it is not a step up from a 16 year old GE.

Was sad to see that it took three times to get a product that was not damaged. Maybe Best By needs to relay to Samsung to ensure their product goes through a product quality inspection.

The Samsung cooks much faster and more evenly than the old one did. Best Buy crew who installed it were pros and were in and out of the house in less than 20 minutes
