    I love the Microwave. This item was the last item in stock. The box was damaged and we didnt think the Microwave would be too. We opened it and noticed a large dent in it. They did not mark it down much. But the gentleman that helped me was very kind.

    I bought this as an open box in excellent condition, it had a geek squad quality checklist taped to the box with check marks for: client information removed checked but the original purchasers information was still on the box, all functional parts of unit are present but the microwave turntable plate was missing. Unit has been cleaned and sanitized but there was broken glass in the case which I proceeded to get in my finger and have to dig out. When I turned the fan on broken glass starting flying out as well as sawdust. The weird part of the black glass being in the case was the microwave was fine, so I do not know if the glass plate was black and this was what broke. I already took down the old microwave so I decided not to return it and ordered a replacement microwave plate from Amazon but it is apparent that agent a1410000 from Round Rock, TX did not check this at all which now makes me leary to ever buy an open box product from Best Buy online again.
