Had to return the 1st one that sounded like a jet engine. We bought all Samsung appliances for kitchen. Fridge's freezer went bad in 1st week as well. I like the appliances as long as they continue to work, but Samsung Customer Service is awful. Best Buy, on the other hand, worked with us on the issues. We won't buy Samsung again. Btw, a salesperson at Home Depot warned us about Samsung customer service being the worst out there, and so did my neighbor. We should have listened.

The handle is BLACK. Soooo didappointing. Outside still matches but the handle was the unique stylish part! So upset. Cannot change handle.

I’ve installed dozens of over the range style microwaves in my lifetime, so I proceeded with installing it. When I plugged it in, it ran continuously, couldn’t stop it without open the door or unplugging it. I even put an ice cube in it, let it run for 5 mins, didn’t melt. I ended up uninstalling it and returning it the next day.
