Let me just say, it matches all other black stainless appliances, and thats where my positive review for this item ends.. Its WAYYY over priced for what you get.. This functions as well or worse than microwaves at a third of the price.. it was an immediate ONE STAR when using this microwave and realizing it doesn't have a quick start.. which doesn't seem like must unless youre used to only hitting one button.. then it becomes so tedious.. now, every time i use this thing, a part of my dies inside having to push so much buttons! First world problems, sure.. but for an over $300 microwave, literally the least they could could offer is a quickstart!!!

Reached out to Best Buy with my Receipt since it was only purchased a few weeks ago an they refused to help stating they do not carry parts they advised to contact Samsung. Reached out to the manufacturer advising parts are missing parts can they shipped new parts they advise to return the microwave since it was recently purchased to exchange for a new microwave with all the parts. Reached back out to bestbuy with what Samsung said an they blame me for not bringing the microwave with all the parts to exchange. That has been my problem since the purchase!!!!!! Ugh I mean no help at all between these two parties now I have a microwave without mounting parts that isn’t even my fault! Never again! Worst ever
