    Very attractive microwave nice looking decent features unfortunately after having five of them continuously installed didn't replace due to some type of damage or flaw i decided to go with a low profile micowave waiting on installation of low profile microwave this Sunday

    had to exchanged it. Best buy offered 50dlls to keep it. I couldn't believe it. I absolutely don't want to pay for a damaged appliance

    Vent wont turn on at times, handle broke off with in 1st yr thankfully best buy is replacing the unit

    Vent not working/no helpful customer service

    The vent is not pulling air so steam just rolls up to the front and covers the front of the microwave. The manual says it should also be coming on automatically when it detects heat/steam so it doesn’t damage the microwave but it is not doing that so I suppose the microwave will be damaged before long without it pulling air. It is also very loud on high and pretty loud on low and says it will only work on low when the microwave is running. Who runs the microwave the whole time they are using the stovetop?? Samsung will not help since we did not hire a professional installer which is not necessary since we are only using it as recirculating. The vent should pull air no matter how the microwave is screwed to the wall. When I call Best Buy I just get transferred to Samsung. Unfortunately we didn’t get other kitchen updates done and get this installed until right after the return by date otherwise I would be returning.

    Chipped Samsung over the stove microwave x2

    Received two separate microwave ovens for installation. There were chips in the porcelain on the right lower corner of the microwave. The installer took back the chipped microwave and said Best Buy would be calling. That was four days ago. Haven’t heard a word. I will be calling Tuesday.

    Not living up to standard

    I wanted to love this microwave but this is the second one. The first stopped working after about 2 days, the second time we tried to use it. We put in the time and pressed start, heard a small pop and it never came on again. It took 3 weeks for it to be replaced and this one is making weird noises while cooking. Certainly disappointed in this.

    We purchased this item on 6/17. I don’t remember the exact day that it was installed but we paid $120.00 for the installation. Our house had been under construction from water damage from the freeze in February. We only moved back into our house a week ago. I tried to use the microwave for the first time on July 15 and I could not get it to work. I’ve tried calling our salesman for 2 days and left messages but he does not return my calls. I won’t do business again with Best Buy if they don’t stand behind their products.

    We like the microwave, but its terrible to clean it. It gets dirty easily and is not fingerprint resistant.

    Cooktop light went out despite replacing bulb and socket. The cost to repair from geek squad was the amount I paid for it. It's only 1.5 years old. What a scam! Do not buy this.

    Microwave is nice looking but when I use it it makes a very loud rattling noise. When I reached out to support the first thing they asked is if I had a protection plan and when I said no they directed me to a site to get one. Which requires me to spend more money. When Best Buy installs a new appliance you have to pay for it to be installed. They are suppose to test it to make sure it works it is part of the install. I was told by the person who was home during the delivery that they only set the clock and no testing was done. This is not the first time that I have had an issue when purchasing a product from Best Buy nor is it the first time I have received horrible customer service from them, this is just the first time I’m leaving a review about it. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again. And I am going to either try and return this microwave or bug them until they actually help me. Make sure you have them TEST anything they install before they leave.

    Low Quality Microwave and horrific Samsung Support

    Another disappointing Samsung kitchen appliance. This microwave can not even manage a "Kitchen Timer" counting down, while something is still cooking in the microwave. It is only one or the other. Would have given three stars, but my experience with Samsung "support" was laughable. Will never purchase any other Samsung appliance.
