    Buttons are hard to see but thats not the problem. I use the timer for cooking alot but you can’t microwave food while using the timer. Never had this issue on a microwave before.

    This microwave stopped working after two months. I am a total tech member and called geek squad. They came and took it down. Couldn't fix it and didn't even place it back. They just left it at my island. Pathetic product and service. We are without a microwave from more than a month now having a one year baby it's difficult without Microwave.

    Microwave works great but it was missing mounting parts, one of the mounting screws was stripped and broke in half. There were loose screws like the microwave had been taken apart.

    Cooktop light went out despite replacing bulb and socket. The cost to repair from geek squad was the amount I paid for it. It's only 1.5 years old. What a scam! Do not buy this.

    Don't want to downgrade my rating too .uch for something that is superficial but the buttons on the microwave could be more visible and easier to push. Other that's that it looks and cooks great.

    We are not happy with this microwave. I like the way it looks but it is not safe. Everytime we shut the door, it turns on and starts to run. If we pull down a pinch on the handle, it stops.

    Lasted four weeks. Will be on the phone with customer service tomorrow. The door on it is crooked as well. Decided we could live with it given the effort to take it back down. Very disappointed.

    had this microwave for 13 months and now i cannot use it because it runs with only closing the door. cannot set timer or anything

If the microwave has power, but will not respond to any commands or only certain buttons work, clean the control panel and try a power cycle. If the panel still doesn't respond, service is required.

      If your microwave turns on by itself after you close the door you may need to clean the door, check the latch, or ensure that the door is closed all the way.     Buttons are not very easy to press and are not always responsive. You also cannot set a timer and then use the microwave at the same time. Fingerprints show like crazy. Would not recommend.

    First delivery it was damaged. Second delivery, buttons did not work. Returned and upgraded to a better model. I also did not like that I could not use the toner and microwave at the same time.

    We bough a microwave which was delivered on 12/10/2020 and because I didn’t have help to install it right away, I could only do it on 12/26, once the return period was over. And guess what? The microwave didn’t work!!! Now I am dealing with Samsung, which is another nightmare. I regret so much of this purchase!!

    Stop Working Within 1 Month

    I purchased this microwave thinking Samsung would be a good brand to start with. After 1 month of use, It turned off by itself and I couldn't restart it backup trying all the trouble shooting methods. Samsung sent a technician and he has to carry the unit back to his office because he couldn't get it fixed at my house either. Now, so far I'm left with no microwave for a week.
