    Already broken, bought in June 2021. Have to check if its still under warranty but i doubt it. Exhaust is horrible.

      Thank you for informing us about this, BenT. When a microwave has been in use for a long time and overheats, just give it 30 minutes to cool off and then try to use it again.

    Promises not kept, safety protocols violated

    I was very disappointed that not only did the Best Buy technician not arrive when agreed but were un masked, did not come equipped with booties and had no disinfectant to clean up after they left. What was most upsetting was none of the Best Buy COVID protocols listed on their website and part of their delivery promise was met. This promise was reiterated to me the night before to reinforce my comfort level given the rising levels of the Delta variant. Disappointing...

    purchased first unit 6 months ago the door switch went bad covered under warrantee. the switch was no longer available they credited my account and i got the upgraded model.

    Best advice I can give.... never buy a Samsung appliance. This microwave is 1 1/2 yrs old, I've had 1 service call already and now part of the lights on the clock are out! Samsung... DO BETTER than this!!!

    There's really nothing to compalin about whatseoever with this microwave. It's big without being too bulky. It's reliable. It's got all the settings you need.

    Spacious but Lacking functions

    The only positive point I can say is that the microwave is spacious inside. On the negative side, you have to push firmly on the buttons of the microwave. It's not touch sensitive. My old microwave had quick time buttons that I could push "1" for 1 minute, "2" for 2 minutes and so on. This microwave does not have the quick time function. It does have the 30 second button, but you have to push the 30 second button, then press the start. I regret getting this microwave. It lack features.

    Awaiting Microwave replacement

    Waiting for this item to be replaced by Best Buy. Reviewed all measurements with sales prior to purchase. We are replacing an existing Microwave - there was no mention that the space may requires a 0 clearance for the door to swing completely open. Paid for GeekSquad installation & since it was already installed (the problem was not discovered until after installation) it remains in my kitchen & door will only open enough to place a coffee cup in the microwave.

    Biggest waste of money ever. The door on this piece of junk broke not even a year after I bought it. Warranty is only for 6 months and Samsung charges a lofty fee to repair it. I at least expected 2 years. I've had loaves of bread last longer. Buy another brand.

    Faulty Product.

    This is hard to believe I know. Microwaves last for many years… right? Guess again. This unit lasted 20 months. The part that generates the microwaves failed. This is a very expensive part and although I had a Best Buy Geek account, they wouldn’t fix it.

    Not happy with this microwave. This is my second Samsung microwave in the last two months and this one has issues like the first one. This one comes on and runs by itself at just random times with no one near it. Seriously that’s what it does.

    So far works great. I installed this myself to replace an older one. had to redrill holes but it went smoothly. A little lighter than the old one.

    Appliance was inoperable at installation. It took 2 trips to the store and over 2 weeks to get a replacement. I would recommend this product when it works.

    Junk Microwave

    Bought microwave July 22; worked great until Oct 23 after warranty expired; now it is junk. If the door is closed, it runs randomly with no power. You have to mess with it every time to try to heat. Would not recommend.

    This microwave was installed and immediately turned itself on. We thought that was odd, and made sure nothing was in the way. But yet, it continued. Now stuck dealing with Samsung as BB was outside of return time since we were moving. Nightmare experience. Google "Microwave turns itself on samsung" before buying this. This is a COMMON problem.

    Never buy Samsung microwave. I bought one it was not working when I installed it . 4 times technicians came to my house spent 10 hours on a phone no results. I paid for new microwave got defective they Changed keyboard and computer. No help no exchange you’re screwed. Busy buy no good
